Dr. Frankline SEVIDZEM WIRSIY is a global public health and development professional with 12 years of relevant experience working with international and national organizations in public health epidemiology, development, research, global health security, one health, immunization practice, advocacy, community engagement/mobilization, control of infectious diseases, academia, and strategic communication. Frankline is presently the Community Mobilization Coordinator for the second CAMPHIA Survey in Cameroon; a PEPFAR/US CDC-funded project; led by the Ministry of Public Health and primarily implemented by CBCHB. He is also a Technical Advisory Panel Expert of the Pandemic Fund, a DEAL Fellow at the Academy of Public Health, a Global Health Security Consultant both for Shoreland Inc. and for the University of Nebraska Medical Center, USA. Dr. Wirsiy is a reviewing editor for eLife Sciences Publications, as well as a member of the inaugural Youth Advisory Team for Health at Africa CDC. Furthermore, Frankline is a SwitchPoint Future League Member; an advocacy partnership by IntraHealth Int’l with the Global Fund and ONE Campaign Africa, a Pfizer_One Young World (OYW) Ambassador, a member of GAVI CSO Constituency, and a board of trustees member of the African Public Health Students Network Initiative. His academic involvement includes being a mentor/supervisor of MSc/PhD students in several public and private universities.
Previously, he was a Technical Expert for Global Health Security, Disease Control and Prevention at AMREF Health Africa, a research consultant at the University of Pittsburgh, a Proposal Development Consultant with IntraHealth Int’l, and an International consultant for the USAID-funded RHITES-E Project, in Uganda. He also served as an Epidemiologist Expatriate with MSF in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo for its largest HIV/AIDS project.
Furthermore, he responded to COVID-19 Pandemic Control and Preparedness in Cameroon as an Epidemiologist with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA). He has been a Project Manager for a UNICEF-sponsored Program in Cameroon and has worked in several US CDC/PEPFAR Sponsored Programs in Cameroon. He is an author of over 48 peer-reviewed publications and his research interests include but not limited to Global Health Security, Emerging and Re-Emerging zoonotic diseases, One Health, AMR, Immunization Practice, Mental Health, Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Climate change impact on Health, Health policy & systems, Maternal and Child Health. He is a T-shaped person who is open-minded & flexible.

B.Sc. Animal Science (University of Ibadan, Nigeria), M. Sc Animal Science (Federal University of Technology Akure Nigeria), Ex Masters Project Management (Project Management College London) and PhD Climate Change and Adaptation (Institute for Climate Change and Adaptation, University of Nairobi, Kenya). He was a research officer in African Technology and Policy Studies Network Nairobi Kenya (ATPS), a transdisciplinary network of researchers, policymakers, private sector actors, and civil society actors, promoting the use and mastery of Science, Technology and Innovations for African development with coverage in 30 countries (27 in Africa and 3 diaspora chapter in the Australia, USA and UK). He also had Nine (9) years Research and Teaching experience as a Principal Research Officer at the Department of Forest Conservation and protection; and Department of Agricultural Technology, Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria (FRIN).
He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Head at the Global Emerging Pathogens Treatment Consortium (GET). One of the leading biosecurity and One Health based think tank in the world. He coordinate all the activities of the organization.
He has personally supervised over 10 student research projects in the area of climate change, biosecurity and One Health. I am a member of many professional organizations and has published over 50 journal articles in reputable journals. He is also a fellow of the prestigious Woodrow Wilson International center for scholars in Washington DC, USA

Professor Nicaise Ndembi is Deputy Director General, Inaugural International Vaccine Institute (IVI) Regional Africa Office, and Head of Mission, IVI Rwanda.
He is currently Associate Professor, Division of Epidemiology and Prevention at the Institute of Human Virology (IHV), University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA. Dr. Ndembi is a graduate of Kanazawa University School of Medicine, Department of Viral Infection and International Public Health, Japan and a Research Professor within the same Institution. He is a Principal Investigator on numerous grants including US National Health Institute/NIAID.
Through his leadership, a framework for Africa vaccine manufacturing was established. He has authored or co-authored over 300 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters in professional journals.

Dr. Tosin Dotun-Olujinmi is a public health specialist with 20+ years of experience in public health administration and research methodology for evidence to support programs and guide policy development. Prof Anthony Onipede is a renowned Nigerian healthcare professional and academic who has made significant contributions to the field of medicine and medical education. Born on 23/12/1963 in Lagos State, Nigeria, Anthony Onipede grew up with a passion for helping others and a keen interest in the sciences. After completing his secondary education, Dr. Onipede pursued a degree in medicine at the University of Ife now called Obafemi Awolowo University, where he graduated with B.sc (Hons), MBChB, M.Sc. He went on to specialize in Laboratory Medicine (Medical Microbiology) and earned a Board-certified Fellowship from the West African College of Physicians. He was later appointed a consultant physician and professor of medical microbiology at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) and Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile-Ife, Osun-State, Nigeria, respectively. He had postdoctoral training at the Medical Research Council Laboratories, The Gambia and Stanford University, California, USA. He has worked tirelessly to improve healthcare outcomes, particularly in rural areas, and has been instrumental in training and mentoring numerous healthcare professionals. His work has significantly contributed to the field of infectious diseases, particularly in the study of antibiotic resistance and tuberculosis. He has been cited in numerous scholarly articles for his research and has co-authored with various experts in the field of medical microbiology.
In addition to his clinical work, Prof. Onipede has made significant contributions to medical education. He has taught at several universities and has published numerous papers on various medical topics. His research areas and activities include infectious diseases by focusing on the study and treatment of diseases caused by various pathogens, antibiotic resistance by investigating the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics, which is a growing concern in the medical community, for example carbapenem resistance and has published papers on the characterization of KPC, NDM, and VIM-type carbapenemases, tuberculosis (TB), a significant part of his work is dedicated to understanding and combating this serious infectious disease and HIV, researching aspects related to the human immunodeficiency virus and its impact on populations.
Prof. Anthony Onipede has been cited for his work on genomic analysis that distinguishes Mycobacterium africanum, the accuracy of pyrazinamide resistance indicating the presence of Mycobacterium bovis, and the carriage of Group B Streptococcus during late pregnancy in Nigeria. He has also contributed to understanding the clinical presentation and outcome of tuberculosis patients infected by M. africanum versus M. tuberculosis, and the bacteriology of open fractures in Nigeria. His scholarly work has been recognized with a notable number of citations, reflecting the impact of his research in the field of medical microbiology. Prof. Onipede is involved in several international projects that highlight his commitment to advancing medical microbiology and infectious disease control globally. He is currently the Chair, ONE HEALTH Team, OAU-IFE.

Donald Babatope OLOMOLA is a seasoned researcher with over twenty years’ experience in the field of Biotechnology, agriculture and forestry, environment, biodiversity, human and public health. He is presently a Principal Research Fellow with the forestry research Institute of Nigeria and former Head of the Biotechnology Department of the institute. He has always been part of policy formulations at International and National fora, e.g. International treaty on Plant Genetic resource on Food and Agriculture, Biosafety approval of genetic resources, etc. He had his first degree in microbiology and post-graduate degree also in Microbiology (Biotech option). He is a reviewer on a number of Scientific journals.
His research interests include climate-smart agriculture, biological control of pests and diseases, plant tissue culture, molecular biology, conservation of biodiversity, genetics.
