Dr. Don Henderson has taught courses in Healthcare Administration at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level for the past three years. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Doctor of Healthcare Administration program based at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL.
Prior to this, he was a hospital executive with over 30 years of experience in the field as both a hospital CEO and regional health system Vice President. He has extensive experience in all areas of health system operations including leadership, organization, business development, physician relations, fundraising, advocacy, and government relations.
His prior community service includes service to the boards of numerous local charities including the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, United Way, Hospice, economic development organizations, and the Florida Hospital Association. More recently, he served as a Florida Regent (elected representative) to the national Congress of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and he also is a Fellow (Board-certified) of that organization.

Dr. Olayinka Stephen Ilesanmi, a medical graduate with an MSc in Epidemiology and Medical Statistics, MBA, MPH, and MSc in Global Health Policy and Management, holds a Ph.D. in Public Health and is a Fellow of the West Africa College of Physicians (Community Health).
With over 18 years of experience in public health, he specializes in health systems strengthening, primary health care, disease prevention, capacity building, and outbreak response. As an adjunct professor of Public Health, he has supervised over 10 Ph.D. and MPH candidates and published more than 310 manuscripts. His Google Scholar profile has over 95,000 citations, an h-index of 82, and an i10-index of 180. He is the West Africa Regional Programme Lead at the Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
